Projects include construction of runways, terminals, parking structures, etc. Your company is currently headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, but the company performs construction projects throughout the United States. Currently, there are 6 construction projects underway. You are responsible for safety for each of those projects. Complete the following activities based upon this case information.
You have decided to implement daily briefings or “toolbox” talks to be completed by your project managers. The project managers will meet with all the workers at the start of the shift each day to hold these daily talks with their workers. These are brief meetings, not to last more than 10 minutes, but are planned to address important safety issues associated with work operations. As part of this program, you are responsible for developing and disseminating the toolbox talks that are conducted by the project managers.
