History Exercise (the meaning of historic terms)

History Exercise (the meaning of historic terms).

I’m working on a History question and need guidance to help me study.

*** History Work – Easy to do ***

Request I need help with my Midterm exercise for my History class (It is about European History). The attached file contains more information. What you have to do is actually write 2-3 short sentences about 18 terms regarding history ( the 18 terms are listed below). For example, in the first sentence, you can state what is the actual meaning of that historic term (it refers to what?) and the second and third sentences can be about its significance and its impact on history.

The 18 Historic Terms we need to write about (2-3 sentences for each of them):

(1) Denis Diderot

(2) Encyclopédie

(3) Voltaire

(4) Declaration of the Rights of Man

(5) The Terror

(6) Toussaint Louverture

(7) Napoleon Bonaparte

(8) Civil Code

(9) Congress of Vienna

(10) Holy Alliance

(11) Spanish Revolt of 1820

(12) Kingdom of Poland

(13) Hungry Forties

(14) Second Republic

(15) Lajos Kossuth

(16) Napoleon III

(17) Otto von Bismarck

(18) Franco-Prussian War

!!! IMPORTANT: -This is not about simply doing quick research and writing a few facts, or recapitulation of information. -It is about thinking of: What’s going on in European History from the Enlightenment to 1870 and how does this “topic/thing” relate to the broader trajectory of solving problems. Reflecting and making the connection in 2-3 sentences
